Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing justification. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of contract agreement.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (XO Life GmbH, Agnes-Pockels-Bogen 1, 80992 Munich, phone: +49 (0) 89 2154 7481, email: info@xo-life.com) by means of a clear notification (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached standard withdrawal form for this purpose, the usage of this form is however not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the message concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal from contract *)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For the repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this repayment.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or modification by you is provided or which is clearly tailored to your personal needs. Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the provision of digital content not located on a physical data carrier that does not oblige you to pay a price if we have begun to fulfill the contractual obligation.
